Morning! A glass of water with breakfast wakes up your body.
A kid's backpack with a water bottle in the side pocket; sips during class.
At school, keep a water bottle close. A little sip here, a little sip there.
Recess on the playground, then a big refill at the fountain.
After recess? Refill time!
Lunch tray with watermelon, oranges and cucumber slices that wink at the camera.
Fun fact: some foods are full of water too, like watermelon, oranges and cucumbers.
Dinner, then a counter showing cups filled. A kid colors drops on a tracker.
Kids 4 to 8 need about 5 cups of drinks a day. Older kids need about 7 or 8. Water and plain milk are the best picks.
